Nancy Berrios
Founder | Director of Operations
Nancy was born and raised in Philadelphia and has lived in the Poconos for the past 3 years. She is a wife and mother of 2 girls whom she currently homeschools. Her passion for children and education sparked in the 9th grade. Nancy graduated magna cum laude from Cairn University with a bachelor’s degree in education and a bachelors in biblical studies. Nancy went on to teach at a Christian School that her father runs in Philadelphia. After having children, Nancy continued training teachers and working as a substitute teacher while becoming a certified foster parent. Nancy now serves as a worship leader and youth group leader. She has a passion for nurturing and teaching children in God’s love.
John Rodriguez

John Rodriguez was born and raised in the South Bronx NY area until moving to the Poconos in 2002. He was raised in a faith based home and discovered his calling into full time ministry at the age of 17. John went on to get his bible education at Berean School of the Bible (Global University) John is also a husband, a father of two crazy boys, the youth pastor of 10 years and the music director at Innovation church. His passion is that he would see young people in this area experience the love of Jesus in a way that has life long impact.

Pastor John Rodriguez

John Rodriguez was born and raised in the South Bronx NY area until moving to the Poconos in 2002. John is a husband and a father of two boys. He is the music director and has served as youth pastor for 11 years at Innovation Church. His passion is to see young people in the Pocono area experience the love of Jesus in a way that has lifelong impact.
Joelle Rodriguez

Joelle Rodriguez is a hard-working mom of two young boys. Joelle graduated from Cairn University with a bachelor’s degree in education and a bachelor's in biblical studies. She co-pastors alongside her husband John in youth ministry where she has the opportunity to lead 30 teenage girls every week. She also serves on Sundays as a Worship leader at Innovation Church and in children’s ministry.
Mary Greenan
Founder
Mary is a homeschooling mom to her two teens and tween, with a background in Vocal Performance, English Literature, and Veterinary Science. She resides locally with her husband, kids, and border collie, Banshee. Her interests include hospitality, hand quilting, and reading. She serves as a worship singer and prayer intercessor at her local church, as well as an online minister to women in crisis pregnancy.

Allison Kollar
Allison resides in the Pocono Mountains with her husband Josh and three children. She graduated salutatorian from Northpoint Bible College in 2009 with her Bachelors in Biblical Studies. Since graduation Allison has served in ministry alongside her husband in many capacities. Allison is passionate about serving and ministering to women in her community. She led a MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) ministry for six years and now leads a women's ministry at Innovation Church. In everything, Allison's goal is to know Jesus and to make Him known. As a PMCS board member, Allison's hope is to continue to serve the families of this community by providing a school where children can grow academically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Michael Peters
Founder
Michael Peters continues to be on a journey with Jesus Christ which began in December of 1976. A slow learner, he is humbled to be of service to the Pocono Mountain Christian School. PMCS has taken on the so important mission of offering to provide a Christian education to the children in the Poconos. Michael believes that PMCS helps to fulfill Jesus’ admonition in Matthew 19:14 - “Let the children come to me. Don’t stop them! For the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to those who are like these children.” Michael has a Master’s Degree in Information Management, was an IT executive for most of his professional life, became a Police Officer at the age of 50, became a NJSPCA humane officer in 2017 and a NJ School Resource Officer in 2019. He is now ‘repurposed’ (not retired) and is the proprietor of a local music production studio devoted to recording the talents of Christian musicians and making their music available to world at no cost to them.”Michael is ever grateful for the abiding love of his wife, Grace.

Pastor Charles Kollar
Founder
Charles grew up in New York where at age 23 he had a life-changing personal encounter with Jesus. Due to this encounter, he began a life of service that has included being the pastor of four congregations, serving three tours as a U.S. Navy Chaplain, and becoming an author and counselor. The heart of Dr. Kollar's message is a joy-filled faith and a life that focuses on God’s possibilities as already achieved. Charles received his undergraduate degree from Northwest University, a Master of Divinity from the Assembly of God Theological Seminary, and his Doctorate at Fuller Theological Seminary. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. He recently retired as lead pastor at Innovation church where he had served for 21 years. Charles and his wife Dawn have three grown children and ten amazing grandchildren. They reside in Mount Pocono, Pennsylvania.
